Leading real estate company Hammerson is the developer behind the much anticipated Eastgate Quarters in Leeds - a 1million sq ft. retail-led mixed-use scheme. Turn Key organised and managed a two-day public consultation for the £650m scheme; hosted in an empty store unit in Leeds city centre. Turn Key transformed the stark space into an inviting venue, using window graphics, signage, furniture and dressings. Over two days, 647 people attended the exhibition and eight regional media outlets conducted interviews across print, online and broadcast. We generated 17 pieces of coverage over two days, for the public consultation. Reaching an audience of 2.5 million.
